After HTC, China’s ZTE is jumping on Qualcomm (NSDQ: QCOM)’s Brew bandwagon with its own all-touchscreen phone. It’s called Bingo and it looks kinda nice-ish, with features including a 3.2-inch touchscreen, 7.2Mbps HSDPA connectivity, 5-megapixel camera along with a front-facing VGA camera and GPS.

The GSMA announced the winners of the coveted Global Mobile Awards at the 2010 Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. The awards presentation included the winners of 19 categories, covering Mobile Marketing and Advertising, Best Mobile Contribution to Social and Economic Development, the Green Mobile Awards, Mobile Personality of the Year, Mobile Innovation and Mobile Entertainment and at the evening event two highlight awards were presented, the Best Mobile Handset and the Chairman’s Award for outstanding contribution to the growth and success of the mobile industry.

Running Windows Mobile 6.1, the AIS ultra-rugged PDA comes with a 3.7-inch QVGA (that's a whopping 240 x 320 resolution, folks!) screen, a Marvell chip that might have been around when the wheel was invented, and the surprisingly robust WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS and 3G connectivity combo.
