Children and adolescents who use mobile phones are not at a statistically significant increased risk of brain cancer compared to their peers who do not use mobile phones, according to a study published in the Journal of The National Cancer Institute.

Remember it wasn’t too long ago where companies like Google and Apple were questioned over the issue about location privacy? For those who forgot, prior to iOS 4.3.3, user location data was inadvertently collected including things like longitude, latitude and even time stamps. Naturally this did not sit well with many users who were further shocked to find out that the data was not even encrypted, and could be accessed on any machine that you have synched your iOS device with.

PayPal President Scott Thompson today announced that PayPal now has 100 million active accounts, a pretty impressive statistic. I’m a big PayPal user and love the convenience of the service, but when I mention PayPal to most of my friends, few of them have accounts.
